Cancellation, Return, Exchange

Babil Scaffold Systems (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") places great importance on customer satisfaction. To ensure that our customers do not experience any issues regarding the quality and suitability of the products they purchase, our Cancellation, Return, and Exchange policy has been established. This document aims to inform users about their rights in this regard.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Users have the right to cancel their orders within 14 days from the date of placing the order. The cancellation must be communicated to the customer service by the user.
  • To initiate a cancellation, users must contact the Company using the communication form or specified communication channels, providing the order number and user information.
  • Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within a maximum of 14 days from the date of cancellation.

2. Return Policy

  • Users have the right to return the products they purchased within 14 days of receiving them. The returned product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Users must inform customer service about their intention to return the product. They can initiate this process by filling out the return request form.
  • Once the return request is approved, users will receive the return address and other necessary information. The product must be sent back to the specified address.
  • Refunds for returned products will be processed within a maximum of 14 days from the date the return request is approved. Refunds will be made using the payment method used for the order.

3. Exchange Policy

  • Users may request an exchange for purchased products within 14 days. The exchange can only be made for reasons such as quality issues or incompatibility.
  • Users must notify customer service of their exchange request. They can initiate this process by filling out the exchange request form.
  • Once the exchange request is approved, users will receive the necessary information for the exchange. The user must send the product back to the specified address and take into account the expected time for the new product.
  • Once the exchange process is completed, the new product will be sent to the user.

4. Important Notes for Cancellation, Return, and Exchange Processes

  • Returned and exchanged products must be sent back with their original boxes, packaging, and all accessories.
  • Users must provide accurate and complete information when submitting return or exchange requests. Otherwise, the process may be delayed.
  • Return and exchange requests will only be accepted within 14 days from the delivery of the product.
