By becoming a member of the website operated by Babil Scaffold Systems (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), at babiliskele.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Site"), all users who agree to this Membership Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") declare that they have read and understood the terms of this Agreement and accept all conditions contained herein. Membership is only valid for individuals who have reached the age of 18.

• Service Use: The Member is obliged to use the services offered on the Site in accordance with the law and general morality.

Section 4: Cancellation of Membership

The Member has the right to cancel their membership at any time. Membership cancellation can be done through the Site. The Company has the right to cancel the Member's membership without prior notice if it determines that the Member has violated the provisions of this Agreement.

Section 5: Intellectual Property Rights

All content, graphics, software, and designs on the Site are the property of the Company or relevant rights holders. The Member accepts that these contents cannot be copied, distributed, or used in any way without permission.

Section 6: Limitation of Liability

The Company does not guarantee that the services provided on the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. The Member accepts that the Company is not responsible for any damages that may arise while using the Site.

Section 7: Changes

The Company reserves the right to make changes to this Agreement. Changes will be effective from the date they are published on the Site. The Member is obliged to follow the changes. If the Member does not accept the changes, they may cancel their membership.

Section 8: Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. In the event of any disputes between the parties, the Istanbul (Çağlayan) Courts and Execution Offices shall have jurisdiction.
