Babil Scaffold Systems (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") requires users (hereinafter referred to as the "User") to carefully read this Terms of Use Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") before starting to use the website babiliskele.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Site"). Section 8: Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. In the event of any disputes between the parties, the Istanbul (Çağlayan) Courts and Execution Offices shall have jurisdiction.
